Refund policy

To claim a refund, please follow these steps:

• Email help@teddyred.com with your reason for returning, your order number and the item(s) you are returning

• We will get back to you within 24 hours with a virtual returns form

• We are happy to provide a refund as long as the following criteria are met:
• The item was purchased from www.teddyred.com
• The item is returned unworn and with the tag attached 
• The item is returned in its original packaging

• Please arrange delivery to: Teddyred, Unit 6 Kings Court, Kettering Parkway, NN15 6WJ

• Once the item is received and assessed by our team, we will issue a full refund to the account that placed the order

Terms and Conditions:

• You have 28 days from when your parcel arrives to ship your return back to us

• Orders must be returned in the same condition you received them in, including packaging and documentation, excluding the 'Thankyou for ordering' slip

• We include the original delivery fee in the refund of the returned item, however we cannot refund the return delivery fee unless the item is faulty
